Joe Kent was declared the winner of the primary election for the Republican Congressman who voted to impeach Donald Trump.
A week after his voters in Washington's third congressional district went to the polls, the Associated Press called for former Green to run for his beret.
The 42-year-old is heading into the November general election, where he will face Democrat Marie Perez.
