Millie Mackintosh revealed that she started taking medication because she was "more anxious than ever" during lockdown.
Made in her Chelsea star says she has anxiety and how thecoronavirus lockdown is making it 'her I confided about how I tried to "eat up my thoughts."
In an honest Instagram post, the 33-year-old went to her therapy, where she said she was advised to start "low-dose medication." I'm here.
She said:
"But ever since lockdown & became my mother, my anxiety (particularly social anxiety) really started to take hold, draining my thoughts and leaving me feeling trapped.
“I went into therapy and tried to understand where my anxiety came from. I was hoping it would release some of the associations and anxiety.Instead, I discovered that by inducing &, I was more anxious than ever."

"I knew this was the best decision, but I found it difficult to admit to my family that I needed this kind of help." she said.
"I always encourage and support my friends and family on their own mental health path, but I don't think you need it.
After months of medication, the reality star said she felt "so much better and lighter" thanks to exercise and sleep along with her regular medication.

She added: It should have been a happy time.
