Martine McCutcheon looks slimmer than ever in skinny jeans as she films in London

her moment

MARTINE McCutcheon looked incredible as she stepped out in London today.

The actress and singer, 46 spent the day recording a Christmas carol with a woman who had her voice box removed after a cancer diagnosis.

Mother-of-two Tanja Bage, a former theatre performer from Leeds, had her voice box removed after a throat cancer diagnosis in 2020, and now speaks through a speech valve.

But through modern technology, Martine's vocals were transmitted from a recording studio into an Electrospit, a smart instrument, which Tanja was wearing around her neck, and the vocal samples travelled through her throat, allowing her to shape the sounds into Silent Night.

Martine said she was "blown away" by the technology.

"To be able to partner with Vodafone to make Tanja and Mia's Christmas super magical has been a real privilege for me," the star said.

"I've been so inspired learning about the laryngectomy community and hope this project will educate the wider public on how to help remove any stigmas those with diverse voices may face."

Martine wore a pair of skinny jeans for the occasion with a leather and fur look coat.

The Love Actually actress Martine previously revealed how she had transformed her figure and confessed that she was a fan of the Cambridge Weight Plan diet.

She said: "I’ve spent so long fighting to feel healthy again, I didn’t want to do anything too drastic that was going to make me feel lousy.

“But after having Rafferty I found it so tough to lose my baby weight and that does start to affect your self-esteem.”

The Perfect Moment singer, who gave birth to son Rafferty in 2015, added: "My loss was a tiny bit slower than the average person but to be honest I expected that as many diets/food plans didn't work for me at all as the lymes disease and m.e can really play havoc with how your system works.”

Martine was diagnosed with ME, otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, in 2011 and later revealed she had been diagnosed with Lyme disease.

She also suffers from Fibromyalgia, which causes pain all over the body.
