Jamie Laing opens up about her fitness journey and shows off her incredible weight loss transformation.
Former Made in Chelsea star in his 33-year-old life, he says he was too "embarrassed" to talk about going to the gym in the past. However, I was encouraged by looking at the before and after photos. he is his own. Jamie shared the dramatic transformation of his body on Instagram.
He posted topless photos before starting his journey, and recent snaps show off his chiseled abs. Jamie also posted a picture of himself wearing his black workout gear.
He captioned the post: "Well... I'm not one to post about going to the gym or what I'm doing. I'm probably a little embarrassed to do it.
