Zara McDermott hit the gym again after her 3-stone weight loss.
Gyms have reopened since the national lockdown eased and the Made In Chelsea star wasted no time in getting back into her gruelling routine.
The Love Island star - who recently got back with her ex Sam Thompson - looked sizzling in her skimpy gym gear which accentuated her figure.
While at the gym, she took the opportunity to snap several photographs of her enviable figure in the mirror.
She wrote: "I’ve realised I don’t post enough about the gym and I should! So here’s me starting today!!
"It’s been a long 18 months of finding out what works for my body, dragging myself out of bed on some of the days I didn’t want to, walking to the gym in the freezing cold (like today but honestly I have never been happier in myself!
"Being the best version of myself is something I’m going to go into 2021 believing and I am going to make my life motto."
Zara dug her heels in after a troll skinny-shamed her on social media in recent days.
The Love Island bombshell had revealed she had lost three stone sparking a backlash from an online troll.
One wrote: "I read that she's 7st 7lbs and 5"6. If that's true, she's underweight. Body admittedly looks great but deffo underweight." (sic)
The starlet slammed the troll's claims she was only 7 stone 7lbs as she spilled her weight loss secrets.
Zara explained she lost the weight through healthy eating and working regular exercise into her routine.
She hit back: "Sorry to keep having to explain myself on here, but I am definitely not 7 stone 7lbs. I have learnt a lot about posting my exact before and after weight as it can be damaging, and that's something I would never do now.
"Yes I have shared that I lost almost 3 stone (actually less than three stone) but no one is completely aware of my weight at my absolute heaviest and my current weight.
"It's entirely unfair for people to make statements saying I weight a certain amount when they have never ever heard that from me. There is nothing wrong with me at a size 10 and me at a size 6. I love myself in both pics.
"I just want to be helpful and motivate other people who are on the same path as me to lead a healthier lifestyle. It was never about weight loss. And it's not about weight loss."
