A provisional trial date has been set for the man accused of murdering a Pembrokeshire pensioner.
The body of 68-year-old Judith Rhead was discovered at a house in Market Street, Pembroke Dock, on the evening of Saturday, February 20.
Dale Morgan has been charged with her murder and after being remanded into custody at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday the case came before Swansea Crown Court on Friday.
Morgan, aged 43, of Honeyborough Green, Neyland, Pembrokeshire, did not attend the hearing due to Covid restrictions and no pleas were entered.
A plea and trial preparation hearing date was set for March 26 with a provisional trial date set for October 4.
Morgan was further remanded into custody.
