TOWIE star Fran Parman has revealed to fans that she has lost a whopping two and a half stone after she was viciously trolled for her weight.
The 30-year-old reality star, who has been on a health kick in recent months, oozed confidence as she showed off her newly slimmed-down figure in a gorgeous dress.
Her latest collection of snaps came after she was slammed for looking "bloated" by nasty social media followers.
In Fran's most recent post, the Essex bombshell slipped into a dress and heels as she confidently showed off her recent weight loss progress.
Alongside the snaps, Fran explained that she had lost some muscle in the process and is now excited about getting into training and sculpting her figure.
"Lost two and a half stone now guys. I also have unfortunately lost my muscle too due to not being able to weight train in lock down."
She added: "I’m very open about my journey and what my next steps are to become the best healthy version of myself so this is why I’ve posted these images, you can see I’ve lost my weight but now it’s time to gain muscles.
"I have created a little something for you that will hopefully help with your weight loss journey like it has mine which will be released this week! Now come follow me and my journey to becoming strong, fit and healthy."
Naturally, Fran was inundated with compliments as fans flocked to the comment section to share their support.
"Aaaaamazing. you look beautiful," penned one fan.
"Ahhhhh love you!!!! Looking the best and helping others," added a second.
A third wrote: "That’s amazing! I need your motivation."
Fran has been widely praised for being so open about her weight journey after being bullied for her appearance online last summer.
At the time, Fran told hateful critics that lockdown had "hit me hard" and stopped her from exercising.
Speaking to those who said she looked "bloated and unhealthy", Fran hit out: "Yeah I am bloated, do you know why? Because it's that time of the month.
"And also corona. It hit me hard. It really hit me hard. I didn't know what to do with myself."
Later, Fran explained to fans that she would take the nasty remarks 'with a pinch of salt' as she vowed to prove to fans that she could lose weight. She also urged fans not to take criticism personally or beat themselves up about nasty comments.
In March, Fran also added: "The mean words I bought to light and the amount of women that have come forward and messaged me is honestly so beautiful to see the support we have for each other. It doesn’t matter what size you are and thank you for all the women that made me believe I was beautiful this size regardless of the trolls."
