A visibly shaken Tori Spelling could be seen yelling into her cell phone outside her lawyer's office Monday afternoon.
According to Page Six, the Beverly Hills 9021o star was holding a notepad that indicated the meeting was most likely about “custody,” “support” and “assets."
Tori, 48 and husband Dean McDermott, 54 have reportedly been inching closer to separation for weeks now.
Close-up shots of the actress’ notepad revealed what seemed to be her schedule: “Pig pen – get quote,” “AAA Jump Start Van” and most tellng,“3pm Lawyer – assets – support – custody.”
While Dean was absent from the meeting, a source previously told The Sun the Canadian actor "wants to file for divorce" but "can't afford it."
The insider continued: “Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings.
“They have five kids and a ton of pets. Their home is always a disaster- it's just a total mess."
The source added at the time: “Right now divorce isn't on the horizon because they can't swing it financially. They are in a living nightmare.”
Dean has been increasingly absent from family activities, as the strife continues.
Over the weekend, Tori and the kids made some early Halloween magic - without daddy Dean.
On Monday, Tori took to Instagram to share a snap as she posed with their kids Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, and Finn, 9, and Beau, 4.
The Scary Movie 2 star wore a pair of devil horns while hitting the orange carpet with her children for the Nights Of The Jack event in Calabasas, CA.
She captioned the pics: “Last night I took my kiddos to a family tradition, but noticeably failed to mention Dean.
Meanwhile, Dean was recently spotted flirting with a group of soccer moms - without his wedding ring on.
In photos exclusively obtained by The Sun, Dean was seen conversing with two women who are believed to be mothers of the young soccer players.
He seemed to have a friendly conversation with the ladies, who he met up with at his car before they all headed to the game.
