The Bahamas British Colonial Hilton Nassau Is Reopening

Another leading resort is set to reopen its doors in The Bahamas, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The historic British Colonial Hilton Nassau will reopen to guests on Dec. 15, the property confirmed.

“The safety and security of our guests and team members our key priority at this time , and the hotel continues to maintain the highest standards of cleaning and infection control practices, including the new initiative, Hilton Cleanstay and EventReady,” the hotel said in a statement.

The beachfront hotel is set in the heart of downtown Nassau, an area that has been in the midst of a full-fledged renaissance.

The Bahamas recently entered its new phase of tourism reopening, waiving its mandatory quarantine requirement. You can find more on the destination’s travel protocols here.
