Stacey got to work when she decided the only way to modernise the small space was to cover up the old-fashioned counter tops as she did her best to transform the tiny room for her three boys, Zachary, 12, Leighton, 9, and Rex, one.

The mum-of-four purchased a selection of stick-on marble paper which did wonders to brighten up and modernise the sink area.

She then got to work painting the cupboards with a striking dark blue colour which instantly brightened up the small space.

Stacey also painted the kitchen sink white in order to brighten up the room even further.

Unveiling her masterpiece on Instagram, Stacey told her millions of followers that she transformed the room on a tight budget – it all cost under £55.

Stacey and her fiancé Joe Swash had been busy renovating and redecorating their ‘forever home’ ahead of their daughter's birth earlier this month.
