Former Strictly Come Dancing star Kristina Rihanoff has been embracing a new career as a yoga teacher in Northampton since leaving the hit BBC show.
The dancer, 43, has retrained and alongside her husband Ben Cohen, whom she met on Strictly, now runs a wellbeing centre.
She decided to make the career move alongside the former England rugby player, setting up the business in his hometown.
With current Covid restrictions in place, the yoga lessons are taking place outdoors at the moment on the tennis court of the site.
Kristina has admitted it's been a challenge to prove to the naysayers that their yoga project isn't just a celebrity fad that will soon pass.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said: "We invested everything we’ve ever had, we went into business for very serious reasons, we'd never refer to ourselves as celebs, like, 'Oh I’m going to do some wine business or cheese business just on the side for fun'.
"It wasn’t like that for us. I've got qualifications in about 10 different styles of yoga - post-natal, pregnancy, traditional... I didn’'t just think, 'Oh I'm going to do yoga now'."
The Russian-born dancer has 20 years of experience doing yoga after falling in love with it at a class in Seattle in 2001.
She said she has been a "yoga devotee" ever since but she wanted to get the qualifications.
Along with her 42-year-old husband, she now runs the Soo Yoga centre in Northampton which offers tennis court yoga classes until they can move indoors on May 17.
Expecting critics to not take her seriously, Kristina wanted to prove it to herself that she could do it.
She said: "I'm all about getting the next qualification. I love yoga so I knew I'd always go back to it. It helped me to build my body after pregnancy."
Ben and Kristina were paired together on Strictly in 2013 and they later got together after Ben left his wife Abby after 11 years of marriage.
The former couple share 13-year-old twin daughters, Harriette and Isabelle, who Kristina is stepmother to.
Kristina went on to welcome daughter Milena in 2016.
