Rochelle Humes on her first kiss, time travel & what happens when we die

ROCHELLE Humes, former Saturdays singer and mum of two, 30, regularly presents on ITV’s This Morning and BBC1’s The Hit List.

Here she reveals the most famous person on her phone and why her wedding dress still means so much.

What scares you the most?

Flying. As much as I try not to be scared, I’m petrified.

What’s your favourite word?

Unreal. I always say it. Even my little girl [Alaia-Mai] has started to say: “Mummy, that dinner was unreal!” She’s six!

What’s your worst habit?

Never saying no. I’ll say yes to things with family or friends, even if I know I’ll have just finished work and will want to go home.

Who or what is the love of your life?

My husband and kids [Rochelle is also mum to Valentina, two]. I’m always desperate to get back to them.

Who would you invite to a dinner party?

Beyoncé and Jay-Z, to really see their dynamic. I’d also invite Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, my best friends from home, plus Jessica Alba, Michael McIntyre and my hubby Marvin, 34.

How often do you have sex?

OMG! Well I like sex, so often.

Who makes you laugh the most?

I never laugh more than with my old friends, talking about s**t we used to do.

What is your experience with grief?

I’m terrified of it, because I haven’t lost anyone super-super-close to me.

All-time favourite movie?

Pretty Woman.

What was your fave kids’ TV show?

I used to love SM:TV Live with Ant and Dec. Afterwards I’d watch CD:UK.

What possession would you rescue from a burning building?

My wedding dress. My hope is that one of my kids will wear it one day. By then it’ll be vintage Vera Wang.

Who was your first kiss?

A boy called Sam from school when I was 13. I told everyone I kissed him before I actually did.

If you could travel back in time, where would you go?

To see my mum when she was young.

What is your biggest regret?

I don’t believe in regrets. You’re supposed to do what you’re supposed to do.

What’s the worst pain you’ve ever experienced?

Well I’ve had two kids, but I don’t actually think the worst pain was the C-section. It was when Alaia was breech and they had to turn her around.

How do you relax?

A Pilates class, followed by a nice bath.

Tea or coffee?

I don’t like either!

Who is your celebrity crush?

Apart from Marvin, Will Smith.

What do you think happens when we die?

I’ve no idea. I like to think it’s not the end.

What do you never leave the house without?

Lip balm.

What are your best and worst qualities?

My worst quality is that I’m quite impatient. My best is that I’m a loyal friend.

Most famous person in your phone?

Simon Cowell, Holly and Phil, Davina and Flo Rida. I’ve got Sean Paul as well!
