Former Wales hooker Robin McBryde is one of those characters that you come across in life and instantly you get the impression he is not a man to cross.

Anyone who has ever crossed paths with him will attest to the idea that he undoubtedly has the strongest grip in world rugby.

Weathered by a Wales career that spanned 11 years, he took over the forwards under Warren Gatland's regime.

During press conferences, he often gave little away but began to crack the odd joke and a smile. It made way for the idea that, privately, perhaps there was a real sense of humour that was not being displayed when in the public eye.

Now we know for sure.

During the coronavirus lockdown, people across the country are finding new ways to keep themselves occupied.

Dance challenges on social media platform TikTok are going viral, particularly the dance to accompany The Weeknd's Blinding Lights.

Earlier this week, England international Danny Care posted a video of himself and his wife performing it and now McBryde is in on the action.

His son, Billy, who plays for RGC in the Welsh Premiership, shared a clip that involved his father taking a stab at the challenge and putting in a very commendable effort indeed.
