"We hate saying no to anyone but as we are such a small venue we just don’t have the space.
"With this we are appealing to your better nature here. Over the last three weekends we have had so many booking not turning up for their bookings.
"We totally understand that plans change and can do on very short notice but please have the courtesy to call and cancel your booking. In doing so we can accommodate some of the requests we are knocking back.
"We are a small business and this costs the business a considerable amount of money. We have had a booking as large as 20 just decide not to turn up after us checking days before they were still coming along.
"This is frustrating for us as we don’t want to be knocking back customers in the hope that people decide to turn up.
"Again. All we ask is if you can not make your booking please call and let us know. We won’t shout at you down the phone.
"Thank you for taking your time to read this long winded post but it’s something that had to be addressed."
