Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen is still living with her husband Clive amid rumours concerning their marriage troubles.

It was recently reported that the mum-of-eight has been spending time away from the family at their nearby rental property.

Meanwhile, 66-year-old Clive was said to be "desperate" to repair their relationship.

However, a rep insisted to The Sun that "Amanda and Clive have not parted ways and Amanda has not moved out of the family home."

According to the publication, the couple wanted to keep their issues on the down-low ahead of Amanda's book release.

A source explained: "It’s incredibly sad. Amanda and Clive are two hugely popular figures here in the Dales, and no one saw this coming.

“Clive loves Amanda to bits and adores her, and fears the marriage may be failing even though he desperately doesn’t want it to. He fears they will divorce.

"He thinks this will be the last series they film together, and now it’s about looking after the kids and putting them first."

They share nine children together

They continued to say that Clive wanted them to stay together for Christmas but after then "the decision is very much in Amanda's hands".

She was recently pictured near their rental home, and a source suggested the split became 'the talk of the village'.

Amanda and Clive first shot to fame in 2011 with their children Raven, 20, Reuben, 17, Miles, 15, Edith, 12, Violet, ten, Sidney, nine, Annas, seven, Clemmie, five, and Nancy, four on ITV's The Dales with Ade Edmondson.

Amanda and Clive's marriage struggles could result in Our Yorkshire Farm being pulled off the air.

There are concerns filming the hit Channel 5 show will grind to a halt to allow Amanda and Clive time and space to review their situation.

Taking to Twitter on Tuesday night, the shepherdess wrote: “It’s Choose day. Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family.”

Her post offered no hint of a split – however the tweet was designed to highlight the latest episode of the series was soon to air, as she added: “Choose #OurYorkshireFarm @channel5_tv 9pm.”
