If you think you’re struggling this lockdown, spare a thought for mum of QUADS Carla Crozier.
The 38 year old is being run ragged trying to keep her four energetic three-year-olds entertained while homeschooling seven-year-old big sister Darcie.
Isla, Demi, Alyse and Milla - two sets of identical twins - have been kept off nursery for much of the last year to protect builder dad Paul, 46, who has bad asthma.
And by the end of each day super mum Carla, from Grays, Essex, is exhausted.
She said: “I’ll be trying to help Darcie with her school work, and one of them will constantly be wanting something. It’ll be: ‘Mummy, I want a drink’, or ‘Mummy, I’ve done a poo - can you wipe my bum?’
“I’ve got more wrinkles and I’m definitely fatter from all the comfort eating I do once they’ve gone to bed.”
And to add to the mayhem, Carla also admitted that even she still mixes up her two twins.
She said: “They hate it when you get it wrong. Isla will go: ‘I’m not Demi, I’m Isla. I don’t look like her.’
“They don’t understand that they are identical, even though they muddle each other up. Sometimes Alyse or Milla will go up to one of the others and say: ‘Are you Isla or Demi’?”
But Carla she still somehow finds time to update her popular Instagram page crozierquadsplus1, where she has now amassed nearly 100,000 followers.
She said: “I started it just to document their life for them so when they are adults they can look back at their childhood.
“But it’s gone crazy. A little reel I posted a couple of weeks ago went viral and since then we’ve gained 30,000 followers.
“Instagram has become a real lifeline for me - interacting with the other mums on there is my only social life at the moment.
“And it’s really nice when people post things like: ‘It keeps me going every day coming on here to see what the children are up to’.
“It’s great to know that the girls are spreading a little bit of cheer.”
