A mum got the shock of her life when she spotted a UFO hovering over a busy road after her car broke down.
New believer, named as Kerena, was left astonished when she saw a bright light seemingly performing loops above a line of trees before seemingly shooting off into the distance.
Making video of the incident, the young mum captured something lying that looked “almost like a firework” as she awaited a car breakdown recovery on Saturday September 19.
The footage was taken at around 7.30pm as darkness was creeping across the horizon, making the lit-up object appear all the more pronounced.
The incident was captured on camera on the A428, St Neots Road, in Cambridgeshire.
Speaking to CambridgeshireLive about the sighting, Kerena said: "My car had broken down and we were waiting for RAC recovery just off the A428 turning onto the B1041 when my son first spotted it.
"It was just a flashing light. He was like ‘What is that?’ And I said ‘A plane?’
"He pointed out that it was going round in a strange pattern, definitely not flying like a regular plane heading for a destination.
"I then wondered if it was a drone? But as he pointed out it was too far in the distance and you would not see that light that far.”
Kerena claims the object left a fiery trail which was not captured as clearly in the camera as it was in real life.
Joking that she was sober when she spotted the UFO, she went on to suggest that it could only be aliens due to “the way 2020 is going”.
The sighting comes a year after other Cambridgeshire residents reported spotting a stunning "pyrotechnic aerobatic display" by apparent UFOs.
However, the flying objects were deduced to be planes performing an aerobatic display at night with fireworks strapped to their wings.
