When Meghan Markle celebrates her birthday later this week, she will be welcoming in a new decade.
The Duchess of Sussex will enter her 40s on Wednesday - bidding farewell to her life-changing 30.
In the past 10 years, she's become a TV star thanks to her role in the legal drama Suits, married Prince Harry, joined the royal family and welcomed two children, Archie and Lilibet.
But her 20s were a somewhat different story, and she admitted things were tough in an honest post on her now defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig.
In a post to mark her 33rd birthday in 2014, she opened up about her younger years - before she shot to international fame - giving an insight into her life.

She wrote: "My 20s were brutal – a constant battle with myself, judging my weight, my style, my desire to be as cool/as hip/as smart/as 'whatever' as everyone else."
Meanwhile, Meghan also talked in the post about her teenage years and trying to fit in at school.
She added: "My teens were even worse – grappling with how to fit in, and what that even meant.
"My high school had cliques: the black girls and white girls, the Filipino and the Latina girls.

"Being biracial, I fell somewhere in between."
She said every day at lunch she would keep herself busy with school societies like French club and a student body that took place between noon and 1pm so she wouldn't have to eat on her own.
But she recalled a breakthrough moment in her life when attending an audition in her mid-20s.
She explained: "I must have been about 24 when a casting director looked at me during an audition and said 'You need to know that you’re enough. Less makeup, more Meghan'.
"You need to know that you’re enough. A mantra that has now engrained itself so deeply within me that not a day goes by without hearing it chime in my head."
Meghan ran her blog, named after her favourite red wine, for three years during her days on Suits, where she played the character Rachel Zane.
She closed the website in April 2017, after it was revealed she had been dating Prince Harry.
To celebrate her milestone birthday later in the week, it has been reported that Meghan has enlisted Oprah Winfrey's party planner to organise celebrations at the £11million mansion she shares with Prince Harry.
Harry, 36, has ordered a cake from local baker Posies & Sugar, while on the day guests will enjoy “grazing tables” with locally sourced foods and wines from neighbouring vineyards.
A source said: “Megan wants a small gathering. About 65 people are invited, her closest friends and family."
