MARK Wright has showed off his bulge in skintight cycling shorts after a 26 mile ride.

The 33-year-old has been helping his fans keep fit during lockdown with daily workout videos.

But that still isn't enough for the former Towie star, as he headed out for an epic bike ride this morning.

Taking to his Instagram Stories while having a breather, Mark shared a snap of himself in his tight cycling gear, which highlighted more than he might have anticipated.

He wrote across the picture: "That was a windy one today! 26 miles in the bank though!"

Mark also shared a similar snap on his main Instagram and added more detail, writing: "It was a cold and windy one for sure.

"Getting the miles done though on Saturday morning has made me feel so great. Feeling so fit and so strong at the moment.
"HIIT workouts Monday to Friday with some cycling thrown in too. There is no better feeling than being healthy and fit."

However Mark was quick to stress that despite all his exercise, he still enjoys some treats and takeaways.
He explained: "Yes of course I have my cheats. Last night was a curry tonight will be pizza. I will have some beers tonight and I did last night too.

"You don’t have to stop the fun stuff to be healthy. Life is about balance.
"I promise, once you start keeping fit and being healthy and you start to see changes and goals being reached, there will be no turning back for you.

"You will stay on that journey forever if you really want to. #BEHEALTHY #BEFIT #BESTRONG #TRAINWRIGHT."
