A police manhunt is ongoing for an alleged drug dealer charged with smuggling an iPhone into prison as well as knife offences.
Merseyside Police issued a picture of 31-year-old Gary Darren Stanley as part of a renewed appeal to track him down.
Stanley, originally from the Walton area, had gone to ground after being charged over the offences but failing to show up at court.
A police spokeswoman said Stanley was released from prison last year and has links to the north Liverpool area.
The force said: "Gary Darren Stanley, who is originally from the Walton area, is wanted for breach of supervision requirement, supplying illegal goods to a prison and Supply Class A, Supply Class B and being in possession of a blade/sharply pointed article in public in relation to incidents in Liverpool and South Tyneside.
"Enquiries are ongoing to trace Stanley. He is believed to have links to the North Liverpool area.
"He is described as a white male, 6ft tall, of slim build with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
"Anyone who has seen Stanley, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to DM @MerPolCC or @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111."
