Ludlow tips: Racecard, analysis and preview for the feature Attwood Memorial Trophy on Wednesday

LUDLOW stages an interesting card over the jumps on Wednesday.

But the best contest is the Attwood Memorial Trophy Handicap Chase (3.15) which is our race of the day.

Town Parks regained the winning thread when scoring decisively over C&D last time.

He is up 6lb in a better race this time, but he should be bang there if in the same form (he has been unreliable in the past).

Charlie Longsdon's five-year-old Almazhar Garde came down at the fifth fence in that race.

Provided he brushes up on his jumping, he can play a part off a tempting-looking mark.

But preference is for the Colin Tizzard-trained MOLINEAUX.

He put a poor run of form behind him when winning gamely at Wincanton last time out.

The runner-up has since won easily and he remains well-handicapped off 129 despite a 4lb hike in the weights.

The return to 2m4f holds no fears and this lad brings more than a touch of back-class to proceedings.
