A Met Office warning for snow and ice remains for Hull and East Yorkshire.

Some areas have had some snow fall overnight and woken up to a covering on roads and pavements.

It follows Storm Arwen on Saturday when violent winds caused disruption across Hull and East Yorkshire.

A tree fell on a parked car on Norfolk Street and a rooftop restaurant's glass wall was smashed by the winds of up to 60mph.

People also had damage to their homes and gardens.

The storm seems to have passed now but there are other weather conditions affecting the area today.

A Met Office yellow weather warning is in place up to 11am.
