Jamie Redknapp and Frida Andersson are in a state of wedded bliss after becoming Mr and Mrs Redknapp today.

The football pundit and model Frida visited Chelsea Registry office in West London on Monday for their nuptials and a select few family members joined the couple.

The special day is just one of many exciting moments for the newlyweds as they are soon to welcome a child together.

And after photos from the wedding were released, body language expert Judi James analysed Jamie and Frida's body language in order to decipher how the pair are feeling after tying the knot.

Judi explained how gestures made by groom Jamie reveal how he is focused on playing the protector role with Frida and his unborn child.

Sharing her expert opinion with the Mirror, Judi said: "The mood of the entire wedding group seems to be low-key rather than celebratory as they emerge onto the steps of the registry office looking very much as thought they’d prefer to signal this as a private event."

Detailing the new married couple's expressions, the author shared: "Both Jamie and Frida have their eyes down and their facial expressions are unsmiling although that hand clasp is very telling in terms of the love and affection between them."

Giving away doting partner Jamie's priority, she told: "Jamie walks slightly ahead of his pregnant bride, with his hand on top in the clasp. He also has his wrist bent, suggesting he is determined to be a protective presence for her."

Sharing at how smitten the former footballer is, Judie explained: "Jamie also stuffs his free hand into his pocket in what looks like an industrial-strength attempt to look nonchalant but his suppressed joy seems to finally burst out as his face relaxes in a wide smile of total pleasure and pride as he breaks away to grin at the cameras."

Jamie tied the knot with his partner four years after divorcing his ex-wife Louise Redknapp, who is the mother of his two sons.

The ceremony was attended by Jamie's dad Harry and mum Sandra as well as his brother Mark.

The couple, who have been together since 2019, will welcome their first child together in November.

Back in May Frida confirmed reports that they are expecting a baby together on Instagram.

Jamie's dad Harry Redknapp recently told The Mirror that Jamie and Frida would be keeping their baby's gender a secret.

He said: "Jamie is very happy and Frida is happy.

"We're lucky that Jamie has two boys already, Charley and Beau, and our other son Mark has five children, so this will be grandchild number eight.

"We've got our hands full!"

Jamie is dad to two sons Charley, 17, and Beau, 12, with ex wife Louise, who he split from in 2017.

Meanwhile, Frida has four children from her marriage to US hedge fund manager Jonathan Lourie.

Jamie and Louise were married for nearly 20 years, but the marriage broke down and they divorced in 2017.

The split came after Louise starred on Strictly Come Dancing.

Louise has since confessed that she wished she'd tried to save her marriage to Jamie.

Sharing her regret at finishing her marriage so quickly after her time on Strictly, Louise lamented: "I didn't want to lose too much of a good feeling.

"Before anyone could stop me, I just ran as fast as the wind would take me. I never once looked behind, until maybe too late.

"I should have paused for a minute and thought about other people and had just a bit more time to work out why I felt I couldn't do it anymore," she shared in this weekend's You magazine.

When asked if she could have tried to save the marriage, Louise said: "All I know is, I wish I'd tried."

When the pair met, Louise was a huge star in the UK music business while Jamie was famous and successful in his own right as a Premier League footballer.

While Jamie’s career continued to thrive as a pundit and TV personality on shows such as A League Of Their Own, Louise turned her back on the celebrity lifestyle to focus on raising their boys.
