Holly Willoughby announced that Rochelle Humes would be replacing her on This Morning this week as she works on a secret project.
The mum-of-three has been missing from the ITV show for two weeks, while she took a break for Easter alongside co-host Phillip Schofield.
Many viewers were looking forward to Holly and Phil returning to the air tomorrow morning, after Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford stood in for them one week. Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary took hold of the presenting reins the following week.
But today Holly took to Instagram to tell her followers that she wouldn't be returning to This Morning on Monday morning, The Liverpool Echo reports.
Holly, 40 , said she was working on another project, but remained tight lipped as to what it was.
Sharing a selfie with her son Chester partly in shot to Instagram Holly said: "Vitamin d, caffeine and a side order of distraction from Chester.
"Working on something else next week which I can’t wait to share with you all.... thank you to the lovely @rochellehumes for keeping my side of the sofa warm... x"
