GORDON Ramsay has praised his daughter Tilly on doing a "great job" on Strictly Come Dancing.
The celebrity chef, 55, congratulated the talented 20-year-old - who narrowly missed out on a place in the quarter-finals.
"It's a celebration," Gordon told The One Show.
"Ten weeks of that intensity, that level of drive, passion.
She did very well, it's an amazing gig to do."
Asked about how proud he was of Tilly - who landed a perfect score of 40 - Gordon added: "Oh my goodness me, can you imagine?
"Just sat there experiencing that, supporting her through it.
"Although not with the dancing... She did a great job."
The 20-year-old failed to impress the judges with her Samba on Saturday night and found herself at the bottom of the leaderboard with 30 points.
On Sunday's Results Show, Tilly found herself in the dance off for the third time, this time against Rhys Stephenson.
Sadly her partner Nikita suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the routine as his shirt got stuck on his mic wire.
After both couples had danced a second time, the judges delivered their verdicts with Craig Revel Horwood choosing to save Rhys and Nancy.
With three votes to Rhys and Nancy, it meant they had won the majority vote, and Tilly and Nikita would be leaving the competition regardless, however Head Judge Shirley Ballas said she would also have decided to save Rhys and Nancy.
When asked by Strictly host Tess Daly about their time on the show, Tilly said: “I’d just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has made this an amazing, positive journey for me.
"From everyone here to backstage, wardrobe, make up and camera crew. It’s just been the most extraordinary time. I found out something about myself that I didn’t know I could do, I didn’t know I could dance and have fun like this.

"So a massive thank you and, obviously, a huge thank you to Nikita who has guided me out of my shell and has just made this the most amazing experience.”
When asked for her message to Nikita, Tilly said: “Thank you, thank you, thank you. It’s just been amazing. I really meant it when I said I made a best friend for life. You’ve just been incredible. Thank you for the best couple of weeks.”
