A man has exposed himself in a Scots town in the second public indecency act to take place in one day
The incident occurred in a wooded area to the east of Muir Grove and Muirpark Road, Kinross between 6pm and 6.30pm on Monday July 26.
The unknown man exposed himself to the woman in her 50s as she walked her dog in the area, according to Police Scotland.
He was spotted on a wooded path ay the north-west corner of the Montgomery Golf Course, near to St Ronans Drive earlier that day.
However, the suspect didn't interact with the female member of the public around 4pm that afternoon and she soon lost trace of him.
He has been described at 6ft in heigh, of a slim build and with short, dark hair.
The man was wearing a purple and white floral dress and carrying a black backpack.
The suspect was also carrying a black backpack and wearing a black baseball cap on one of the occasions he was seen.
It was previously reported that a man indecently exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl and woman in her 30s in Kirkgate Park, Kinross between 9pm - 9.30pm on the same day.
He had also been wearing a purple and white dress and the police believe that the same person may allegedly be responsible.
Sergeant Mark Craig from Kinross Police Office said: “I would like to thank the witnesses who have contacted us since our initial appeal and provided us with further information. The pattern of behaviour shown by this individual over the course of one day has been very concerning.
“We are currently following a number of lines of enquiry. If anyone in the area has a private CCTV system and has not already spoken to us, or if any visitors to Kirkgate Park or the surrounding wooded areas on Monday have any dashcam or mobile phone footage that could assist us, please get in touch.”
