Drink fans in the capital looking for the ideal spot to soak up the sun and sip on cocktails when the hospitality industry begins its long-awaited return next week should look to the city's popular St Andrew Square.
The Refinery is set to re-open its doors with its spacious outdoor terrace on Thursday, April 29 - just in time for Bank Holiday Weekend - and it comes complete with a new Aperol Garden.
Kitted out with an abundance of bright blooms, vibrant orange parasols, bunting, and fairy lights, the new Aperol Garden Terrace is described as the perfect place to relax with an aperitivo in hand.
Groups of friends looking for that extra wow factor, can also opt for a decorative Aperol Tree, which comes with four Aperol Spritz cocktails.
Opening from 3 pm – 10 pm on the Thursday, it then opens from 11 am on the Friday and 9 am on the Saturday and Sunday.
The Refinery management have confirmed that following government guidelines, the strictest health and safety protocols have been put in place.
Indoor dining will close at 8pm and outdoor dining at 10pm, with alcohol served on the terrace only.
A spokesperson for the Refinery said: "You can catch-up with friends from breakfast and brunch through to supper and Sunday Lunch, celebrate a special occasion with a beautiful afternoon tea, or pop in for a quick bite after a day of shopping."
