A DAD threatened a man with a shotgun after their children were involved in a playground bust-up.
John Fleck, 31, went to neighbour William Robertson’s home, pointed the shotgun at him and fired it in the air several times.
Mr Robertson said he and his wife Dorothy were left fearing for their lives following the shooting in Manchester, the city’s crown court heard.
Fleck was found guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and was jailed for seven years.
He was also banned from contacting the victims for life.
Fleck turned up shouting: ''You’re getting it, your missus is getting it, your kids are getting it.”
Mr Robertson said: "He threatened my life and the lives of my wife and children.
"No one has the right to pull a firearm on me and put me in fear.
