Seeing as the weather has picked up and making lockdown all that bit more bearable, why not celebrate in style this weekend with a barbecue. After all, it is National Barbecue Week and Co-op's latest BBQ range will get your mouth salivating.
Whether you’re after a full meat feast for the whole family, those extra guests now permitted thanks to Downing Street, or a plant-based buffet, full bellies are guaranteed - and for a good price too.
Co-op’s new BBQ range for 2020 has something to keep everyone happy. The range consisting of 25 new products, will be available in stores for customers to pick up during their essential food shopping trips.

Breige Donaghy, Co-op’s Director of Delicious Food, said: "This year we’ve taken inspiration from the vibrant colours of summer and have explored flavours from across the globe. We’ve created tasty barbecue ranges that tap into the latest food trends from the Far East, such as Korean flavours, while also championing the iconic BBQ styles of the Southern states of America. We’ve also introduced new products to our popular plant-based range, GRO, to make sure everyone is catered for at the barbecue."
"Whilst summer 2020 may be very different from previous years due to Coronavirus, we hope families will still be able to enjoy special moments together."
From America to Asia, Co-op’s travelled the globe to bring you a fusion of flavours that will pack a punch this summer. Feel the heat of the Deep South with Co-op’s Smokehouse-inspired barbecue range and get a spicy Korean kick with the Asian-inspired BBQ range, offering a new take on traditional BBQ favourites.
As for the plant-based customers, Co-op took a bite out of the meat-free market earlier this year with the launch of its exclusive brand, GRO. Just in time for summer, Co-op’s plant-based range is GRO-ing again and it’s something to get fired up about. With new launches, from bun to burger and all the trimmings in between, getting everyone together for a barbecue has never been so easy (or tasty).
