While not every shop is planning a clearance in stores, many are still trying to shift stock on their websites.
Currys PC World
Debenhams, which is due to close for good after going bust, will roll out a final closing down sale with up to 70% off in stores.

Stock may vary, so not everything you see online will be in stores.

Also remember to compare delivery fees if you're shopping online, as they'll eat into any savings you make.
How to compare prices to get the best deal
JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn't mean it's always a good deal.
There are plenty of comparison websites out there that'll check prices for you - so don't be left paying more than you have to.
Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.
Here are some that we recommend:
Debenhams - Oatmeal Novelty Bear Slippers
Debenhams shoppers can get a pair of cosy slippers online for just £5, down from £12.
Online retailer Boohoo has taken over the website as of today, but there are still some Debenhams deals up for grabs.
In comparison, Next is selling a pair of bear slippers for £18.
Debenhams - Navy Floral Print Robe
