ALDI’S famous hanging egg chair is back and you can buy it online for £150 from this Sunday.
The Aldi egg chair even has celebrity fans, including Mrs Hinch and Stacey Solomon, and is predicted to sell out quickly when it returns to the online shop.
The rattan egg chair is suspended from a powder-coated iron frame and it can be used indoors or outdoors.
It has a padded, polyester seat and back cushions, a safety rope and comes with a three-year warranty.
You can pre-order the chair on the Aldi website from Sunday, 31 May. There is free delivery on all orders over £20 and it will be dispatched after Thursday, June 4.
It costs £150 and is a bargain compared to others on the market.
Right now, B&M has a hanging egg chair for the same price, although you can’t buy it online. Wayfair’s version is £375 and the Studio egg chair is £170.
Aldi first started selling the egg chair last year, when it was priced at £130. At the time it received rave reviews online.
Several other shops have sold similar models. Morrisons had a £99 version and Wilko had a £100 chair on sale last year.
These hanging chairs have gained status because of their celebrity fans.
Recently Stacey Solomon featured her similar chair in a video for her son Rex’s first birthday, where she customised it with fake flowers.
While Mrs Hinch aka Sophie Hinchcliffe, regularly features hers on social media, which was from B&M last summer.
