Saving Private Ryan star Tom Sizemore has reportedly been arrested for a DUI and being in possession of a controlled substance.
The 58-year-old actor was taken in on Thursday morning at 2.30am in Gelndale, California, TMZ reported.
The actor was initially pulled over by cops for an "unsafe lane change".
Once police conducted a search, they found narcotics on him. TMZ also claim the actor showed signs of being under the influence.
The actor, who famously dated Liz Hurley, was driving in his car when the cops pulled him over.
This ordeal could cause bigger problems for the Heat actor because of a prior plea deal he had, it has been reported.
A law enforcement official told Fox News: "He was pulled over for a traffic violation and then after a short investigation he was arrested for DUI and possession of narcotics."
The troubled actor has had several run-ins with the law in the past.
Last year, he was arrested for being on drugs after police allegedly found meth and heroin in his car.
The actor and another male passenger were jailed for misdemeanor possession - however he got a break with a plea deal that kept him out of jail if he agreed to stay off drugs.
This new arrest could cause trouble for him as he has reportedly now violated his plea deal, meaning he could serve time in jail if found guilty.
The actor has also faced a very public battle with drug addiction in the past.
He was featured on “Celebrity Rehab” with Dr. Drew in 2010.
The actor's bail is currently set to $10,000 (£7,645).
A representative for Sizemore has been contacted for comment.
