ABBEY Clancy shared adorable photos of their son Jack as she and Peter Crouch celebrate his first birthday.

The model, 34, paid tribute to her youngest child with a series of photos and a sweet message.

The snaps show baby Jack from when he was born all the way up to his birthday.

Captioning the photo, Abbey wrote: "My beautiful baby jack Jack is 1 today I literally cannot believe how fast the time has gone we love you so so much our gorgeous happy boy [sic.]."

One pic shows dad Peter holding up Jack's head so they can pose for the camera as he sits on his lap.

Another shows Jack as a newborn, with Abbey cuddling up to her young son.

One of the other photos shows baby Jack with a shocked expression on his face while wearing a Liverpool Football Club shirt.

On Monday, Abbey paid tribute to daughter Liberty on her birthday in a similar way as she documented her five years on the planet.

She wrote: "I can’t believe my beautiful little liberty is 5 today. Where has the time gone my sweet little happy girl we adore you 💕💕💕happy birthday darling 💕💕💕💕."

In one snap the youngster tucked into an ice cream cone, while another fun pic showed her with Cheerios stuck to her face.

And a third saw her clutching a doll while pretending to speak on the phone at Christmas time.

The pair share four children together: Sophie, nine, Liberty, Johnny, two, and Jack.

She recently revealed the two barely got on during the early stages of her pregnancy with youngest son Jack.

Abbey said during the couple’s livestream with Love Magazine: "In seven weeks we haven't had one argument. When I got pregnant with Jack we hated each other - we didn't even have sex."
