Thirty-three-year-old Shamal Kumar has a passion for sports and being able to work in an environment that promotes and supports athletic activities.

For the past seven years, he has been the general manager and secretary of the Nadi Sports and Social Club.

It allows him to combine his personal interests with his professional responsibilities.

Mr Kumar enjoys the challenges that come with his position as it requires him to utilise his leadership and problem-solving skills on a daily basis, from managing the staff to overseeing operations and organising events, every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow.
