Doge started his business when he joined the Nadi-based franchise.
He has taken the initiative to set an example for the Drua young players on how to financially build their lives for the future.
During the Drua Award Night on Tuesday at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Doge received two awards.
First, he was recognized with the ANZ Personal Development Award. The award recognized his commitment to the team’s personal development workshops, and he has steadfastly been working on the setting of his small business.
The second award was the Fiji Broadcasting Commission FBC Veiliutaki Award which signifies his outstanding services to the team and the organization. The award recognized his leadership services to the Drua and it was all voted by all the Fiji Drua staff,
