The Extra Supermarket Labasa side will be gunning for a win against a tough Hyperchem Pharmacy Lautoka team in the second semifinal clash this Saturday at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

Speaking to SUNsports, Labasa head coach Thomas Vulivuli said that his team has been preparing well and is currently on recovery mode.

“We’ll take it up slowly and everyone is focused on the big game on Saturday,” he said.

“We know Lautoka’s strength, we will prepare accordingly utilizing on our strengths and try exposing Lautoka’s weaknesses.”

Vulivuli said traveling has been a bit of a challenge but the team is focused on the task at hand.

“There are few injuries such as muscle pain and soreness which won’t be a major concern as we everyone is all good,” he said.

“Finals is a different level, so we preparing for every game as we progress.”

Coach Vulivuli was thankful towards the Babasiga Lions supporters who turned up in huge numbers last week

“This weekend is for the Labasa fans and their individual families. Be prepared for something that Labasa is going to bring in the match this weekend,” he said.
