The golden crown of Miss Grand International 2023 remains elusive.

MISS GRAND INTERNATIONAL 2023 – The Philippines will have to wait for another chance as Nikki de Moura fails to enter the Top 20.

Roberta Tamondong crowned Nikki de Moura as her successor. She is the PH’s bet in the Miss Grand International 2023 pageant. She was stunning in the competition, most especially during the preliminary rounds.

She wore a Rian Fernandez’s pink trumpet evening gown with intricate designs, deep neckline, and sheer overskirt. Prior to this, she also went viral for her “Festival Queen” national costume, a costume inspired by the colorful festivities of the country.

However, her journey in the competition ended early.

The pageant is held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Wednesday, October 25, where Brazil’s Isabella Menin will be crowning her successor.

In the competition, De Moura failed to enter the Top 20 ultimately ending her MGI journey. She is the first representative of the Miss Grand Philippines pageant under ALV Circle.

The 19-year-old model-turned-beauty queen was crowned Miss Grand Philippines 2023 on July 13 at the Mall of Asia Arena. She represented Cagayan De Oro and bested 29 other candidates. The other titles she got were Miss Governor’s Cup South 2018 and Miss Teen Philippines 2019.

She was born to a Brazilian father and a Filipina mother. She moved to the Philippines in 2016 and prusued a modeling career.
