The last public relationship of Andrea Brillantes was with professional basketball player Ricci Rivero. They have been a couple for a little over a year after calling it quits. Their split, just like how their relationship has become official, was highly publicized.
It was a messy breakup.
And recently, in one of the episodes of “It’s Your Lucky Day”, a temporary show where she is among the hosts, she was asked what has happened or what she has done in the past that is just making her laugh now.
According to her, it would have to be the time she fell in love. She loves hard and recalling everything she has done before to a person not deserving of the love she gives just makes her laugh.
She doesn’t regret a thing but recalling those just makes her laugh.
“Sobrang maregalo. Tapos ako yung tipong kahit galing taping, pagod na pagod na ako, ako pa rin ang magtitiklop pa ng damit, color-coordinate ko pa lahat,” she said while actually laughing and asked herself afterward based on the video, “Bakit ko ba ginawa yon sa taong yan?”
She admitted that she loves hard but at the present time, she’s already in a better place. She is no longer affected and she is no longer crying over an ex she refused to name.
Meanwhile, Rivero denied that his current girlfriend was the third party in his previous relationship with Brillantes. He also refuted the speculations that an overlapping has happened.
