Zonfrillo died in April this year at the age of 46, having joined the show with Allen and Leong when the show’s original judges, Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris and Matt Preston, all left after a pay dispute.

Leong will be embarking on a new venture.

She is set to co-host a cooking reality show titled Dessert Masters with pastry chef Amaury Guichon.
