Retailers made a Christmas-type announcement for July, stating that all locations will be completed by October 15 in time for the holiday shopping season.
According to the Macy's website, the current locations are California, Georgia, New Jersey, Illinois, Nevada, Louisiana, New York, Maryland and Missouri. Also listed are additional locations that will soon open nationwide.
Shops in the store range from 1,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Larger locations, called "flagship locations," are Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Huston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and San Francisco.
According to Macy's, stores can add another 500-3,000 square feet during the holiday season to offer an "wider assortment."
The toy company returned to Macy's after being acquired by WHP Global in March 2021.
Trading is Corona The virus outbreak took place in January 2021 after Toys R Us closed the remaining two stores in New Jersey and Texas . Both locations opened in late 2019, after Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2017 and the closure of US and UK stores in 2018the only Toys'R'Us store in the countrywas.
Last August, Macy's customers purchased an exclusive Toys'R'Us assortment online before the store opened.
"Macy's Reported Revenue In the first quarter of 2022, toy revenue was 15 times higher than the pre-partner comparison period of Toys'R'Us, "said Macy's statement.
