Netflix are unconventional, such as Love Is Blind . Following the unsuccessful hit success, another quirky reality dating show is in the works and are too hot to handle. As the title suggests, the streamer's latest service is arguably the most taboo ever: dated & related.
at the next show , the brother duo are dating side by side. Or, as Chipper narrates in today's trailer, "A brother or sister looking for love will join you." where they are paired up with another family, with predictably awkward results. One contestant of her in today's trailer says, "This is probably the first time I've kissed a girl in front of her sister," while another asks, — like, what the hell is going on here?”
At this point in the trailer, Netflix asks what you've been thinking all along. "Why would anyone do this? Because it's not easy to find love," says the narrator. Right?
Netflix tries to explain this logic by showing the single giving an emotional speech to his brother. It also claims that the single knows her family best, so she can steer them in the right direction while looking for love.
"Most of the time she falls into the bad girl trap. She wants to make sure she's doing the right thing," one brother said of her sister .
In fact, looking at this trailer, it looks like the show is mostly a brother directing a sister in a villa... the way you're talking to my sister. Please don't be rude. In another brief clip, a woman declines a kiss because her brother is sitting nearby and menacing.
Hopefully there will be more to the streamer's newest reality dating service, butDated & Related will be available on September 2nd We'll have to wait until it premieres on Netflix. Watch the full trailer in the video above.
