Near-nun Pennsylvania woman celebrates 100th great-grandchild

This great grandmother from Pennsylvania has 100 reasons to brag.

Her 99-year-old Marguerite Koller recently welcomed her 100-year-old great-grandchild and is approaching 100.

"I'm just thinking about how lucky I am," said Koller, who lives in the Blue Bell suburb of Philadelphia.
