Long Island man sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple sexual assaults sentenced for the year. The Suffolk County District Attorney announced Monday.
Ray Guaman was arrested in November forposing as a ride-share driver andfor sexually assaulting at least one passenger. was charged with targeting two other women in their Long Island home.
"Time and again, this defendant preyed on young women who were simply looking for a safe passage home after a night out," he said of Suffolk County, DA. Raymond his Tierney said.
"Now, thanks to the excellent work of the prosecution team, he will be held accountable for his actions and will spend the next 25 years in prison, unable to prey on vulnerable victims."
Guaman was initially caught on video attempting to break into a Brightwaters home. In a subsequent interview with police, the prosecutor said he admitted that he had entered the house and sexually assaulted the woman the woman was sleeping with. to search his cell phone, where they found images and videos of Guaman engaging in sexual acts with an unconscious woman dating back to 2015.

The Suffolk County DA office confirmed on Monday that immigration and customs enforcement had placed detainees in Guaman, where he was staying illegally.
