ST. PETER THARG, FL — Florida prosecutors Sunday over the state's 15-week abortion ban and promises not to support gender reassignment treatment for minors, Ron DeSantis. He vowed to oppose the governor's suspension.

Democrat Andrew Warren, who was suspended last week from his two-time state attorney job in Hillsborough County, which includes Tampa, posted a Facebook video of his message states: Sunday News said in his release that he plans to have a "vigorous defense" by his legal team, but gave no details.

"I can't get off without a fight," Warren said in the video. I refuse to trample on the freedom to enable.”

Warren,  Thursday, is a Republican running for re-election in November and will be elected in 2024. The governor was suspended by DeSantis, a potential presidential candidate, for alleged dereliction of duty and other violations. He claimed it was because he signed a statement with dozens of other prosecutors across the country who pledged not to pursue criminal charges.

Warren argued Sunday that the governor was essentially trying to revoke the governor. 2016 and he will the voters of the Tampa area electing him in 2020.
