Early morning fire in northeastern Pennsylvania, officials say

An autopsy of the victims of the early Friday fire in Neskopec was completed on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Lucerne County coroner's office. Authorities said a verdict on the cause of death for all 10, including classifying the deaths as accidents or homicides, is pending the results of a state police fire investigation.
Medical records, dental records and DNA are being reviewed as needed, and the victim's identity is pending, the coroner's office said. State police said seven adults, ranging from their late teens to his 79th birthday, died, as did children aged 5, 6 and 7.
County District Attorney Sam Sangedorce said preliminary investigations suggested the fire started on the front line. Porch around 2:30 am on Friday. Three people managed to escape the blaze that destroyed the building. The cause is under investigation.
