Big crowd gathers for Soca On De Hill

The vibe is building as thousands converge on the Farley Hill National  Park for the highly anticipated  Soca On De Hill.

Billed as the ‘World’s Greatest Soca Party’ patrons are being entertained even before entering the venue.

Those in the queue are enjoying the sweet sounds of percussion as the talented team plays some of the season’s top tracks.

The blistering sun is serving to dry out the grounds which were waterlogged from the recent heavy rains.

Currently, the team of deejays are getting the audience warmed up for the start of live performances. Among those set to perform are regional stars Viking DingDong, Bunji Garlin, Fay Ann Lyons and Patrice Roberts.

The Barbadian cast includes many top acts. Lil Rick, Mole and Hypasounds are among those set to appear.
