Woman behind the wheel of death in Windsor Hills detained

37-year-old Nicole Lorraine Linton was allegedly at the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz. She was released from hospital on Thursday after being hit by several cars in Windsor Hills and is currently being held at the Century Regional Detention Center.

Linton, who was arrested Friday on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter due to gross negligence, was accused of colliding with another vehicle. Thursday at the intersection of Lawson and La Brea Avenues.

The Houston native is a registered nurse and could face charges from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office on Monday. 

The violent clashes claimed the lives of six of his people, including his pregnant mother and unborn child, as well as his baby son, who turned 1 this month. 

Linton is being held on $9 million bail after being released from his center at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical on Sunday. .
