Flights were temporarily grounded at LaGuardia Airport in New York City on Wednesday night, the Federal Aviation Administration confirmed to Fox News Digital.
"We have implemented a ground stop atLaGuardia Airportfor law enforcement efforts," he said. "We have canceled the ground stop and resumed normal operations."
The exact nature of the law enforcement effort is unknown.
