One person died after a shooter fired, putting a 6-year-old child in danger Inside the Atlanta Park on Sunday night.
A man in his thirties was shot deadly, and five others, including a child, were shot at 7 pm. Shooting, local outletreported.
The shooting was triggered by an in-game discussion of baseball or softball in Rosa L. Bernie Park.
"As I've said many times, we're just asking citizens to find a way to resolve conflicts without weapons," said Charles Hampton, Jr., Deputy Chief of PD, Atlanta, NBC. I told the company11Alive News.
"We are just asking people to leave. We only want people to make the bygone the bygone."
According to a local news station, a man in his thirties was taken to Grady Hospital but could not be saved.
A 6-year-old child is currently in crisis at Children's Healthcare-Egreston Hospital in Atlanta, Outlet reported.
There are still many suspects, police said.
