Problem: Anger at repeat offenders and the no-bail policy that put them back on the streets.

His side of the August 4th post is both alarming and sad ("Meet the Untouchables of NYC").

How can a civilized society allow criminals to have so little influence on their actions? I know why this has to happen? Why are recidivists allowed to run rampant? Why are judges, prosecutors and politicians so blatantly dysfunctional? Will they be sent for a long vacation to some remote island, perhaps to a foreign land? Why not? Currently, there is no crime deterrent effect, so please try it.

What's Wrong With the Governor of New York? After reading The Post's article about the 485 crimes, I started to wonder why there are 10 people who committed 485 crimes and most of them are still free.

I believe that ordinary citizens have no rights, only criminals have them. The governor was elected to serve the public, not the criminals, but she seems to have forgotten what her job is. She needs to be removed immediately and she has the authority to do this.Is she in office to serve the tax-paying public, or is she to serve the political radical machine?

When will Americans wake up and how liberal and socialist policies will change? Will you know what you've messed us up with? Major city?

New York saw a massive exodus of taxpayers fleeing the riots. Nothing is mentioned on liberal talk shows. The rules are like this: don't talk about it.

Thugs rule our streets, subways and schools. DA Alvin Bragg is a disgrace and should be fired for his dereliction of duty.

It seems to me that the media and leftist leaders are trying to destroy this city and country. Any smart person would know. Vote for these selfish hacks to try and save what's left of our city and country.

Did the New York City Police report 10 scammers who committed 485 crimes in the last two years?

Let's go again. Mayor Adams and his NYPD are pleading with Governor Hochul, Speaker Carl Heastie, and his Senator Andrea Stewart Cousins to fix New York's broken bail system. This is his third time the mayor has done this.

The problem is that these civil servants are only interested in being re-elected to their current positions. What they don't realize is that by refusing to reconsider the "no bail" system, they could lose their jobs after the next election.

The Democratic Senate and House need to wake up, open their eyes and solve this problem. Even Elliot Ness couldn't stop these "untouchables" like current laws do.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams criticized bail reform legislation. is good. He was accused by the governor of neglecting the duties of a district attorney and a judge.

Supporters of bail reform say the statistics show no change in crime growth. It shows that they live in a fantasy world. Crime is spiraling out of control in the streets and subways of New York City in the real world. Judges and district attorneys sympathize with criminals, no matter how serious the crime. They will be released on the same day.

If judges and district attorneys can't use common sense to keep serious lawbreakers in jail, they must be replaced by those who can.
